Former Ghana international Laryea Kingston has praised the Ghana Football Association (GFA) for naming Irish-Ghanaian tactician Chris Hughton as the new head coach of the Black Stars.
According to him, the appointment is solid and will hopefully benefit the national team.
Laryea Kingston told Joy Sports that Chris Hughton’s experience and knowledge of modern football trends will be crucial during his tenure as Black Stars head coach.
“The appointment of Chris Hughton as the Black Stars’ new coach is solid.
“Chris Hughton brings experience and understands the modern football trend,” said Laryea Kingston in an interview.
On Sunday night, the Ghana Football Association confirmed the appointment of Coach Chris Hughton as the new Black Stars manager.

The football association also confirmed that George Boateng and Didi Dramani will remain as assistant coaches for the Black Stars.
